Juan Riboldi
Principal, President & Founder - Strategic Change Consultant

For over twenty years, Juan has consulted with various corporations and leaders across the globe in change, organization, and leadership. Among his clients are companies like IBM, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Cox Communications, Cisco Systems, General Mills, the Blue Care Network, Costco, and Nissan. He has also worked with State and Federal Government groups at the Department of Energy, the Veteran's Health Administration, and the Department of Defense.

Juan is the founder of Ascent Advisor and the author of a number of publications and programs in the areas of leadership, performance feedback, and organizational change. He holds graduate degrees in Organization Behavior and Business Management from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, where he also taught in the Department of Organization Leadership and Strategy. More recently, he has pursued advanced executive education at Harvard University.

Juan Riboldi

Preston Pond
Principal - Strategic Change Consultant

Preston has more than 30 years experience working with global companies, as a strategic organization design consultant. He has a passion for turning people and organizations loose to achieve their best. He has led major change projects both internally and externally, in a variety of industries, in manufacturing and knowledge worker settings, and in several countries and languages. His client list includes Rockwell International Space Shuttle Operations, Colgate, Hallmark Cards, Champion International, IBM, AT&T Capital, Procter & Gamble, Clark Equipment Co., US Forest Service, The LDS Church, Coach Leather Ware, Media one, Cisco Systems, and Utah Transit Authority.

Preston co-founded the Center for Organizational Design, Inc. in 1991, and co-authored a number of strategic organization design consulting programs and leaders guides for strategy development, organization assessment, organization design, high performance leadership, team design and development, and personal change. He has certified over 800 consultants in these programs, helping their clients accomplish successful organizational change. He received a bachelor’s degree in English and Asian Studies, and a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University, where he also taught English and Organizational Behavior.

Preston Pond

Paul Savage
Principal – Strategic Change Consultant

Paul’s 25-year career in consulting includes a strong emphasis on both selling and delivering high-impact consulting services to a variety of firms on three continents. Since 1998, he has served as a trusted advisor to CEO’s and executive teams in the United States, China, and Mexico. His proven ability to develop highly performing leaders and organizations made him a valuable asset to organizations such as Johnson + Johnson, Colliers International, Emerson Process, Cardinal Health, General Electric, Fujitsu, and the Government of China.

Paul earned a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Paul and his wife of 29 years, Connie, have five children and two grandchildren. His favorite pastimes include hiking, biking, singing, working out, and reading classical literature. He is currently building a new home in South Jordan, Utah.

David Romney’s passion for his clients’ success defines his career. For over a decade he has partnered with leaders from large organizations such as General Mills and NASA to fast- growing companies like Sundt Construction, Digital Gateway, and Rockwell. He is known for his strategic engagement in helping clients align their people, processes, and systems to achieve their desired results.

David’s career began at InsideOut Development, a training and development company focused on teaching coaching and team building skills to Fortune 500 leaders. In this role, he connected organizations to InsideOut’s GROW Coaching and executed on special projects such as researching knowledge management best practices for NASA.

David Grau, DMD, MA, blends a unique background in medicine, the Federal government, and organizational development consulting. David Grau is an organization development consultant and executive coach with 10 years of experience in leadership and management coaching, organization development, and assessment. He is certified in MBTI, conflict resolution, leadership competencies, and 360-degree assessments. Dr. Grau retired in January 2007 after a 25 year career as a commissioned officer with the U.S. Public Health Service where he served as the director of a hospital dental department and health information systems analyst with the Indian Health Service.

Kathy Rowe has been an organizational development consultant for more than twenty years. She has designed and implemented talent management processes and systems for large organizations world wide. She has also coached executives in a wide variety of industries and corporate disciplines. She has also been an adjunct faculty member for Penn State Executive Programs and is a popular speaker at national and regional conferences.

Kathy founded Forté Leadership, a management consultancy, in 2003. In this role, she partners with clients to assess and address leadership, talent management, and other organizational needs. Previously she was Vice President of Consulting at Novations Group, Inc., a respected consulting firm specializing in strategic organization and human resource development. Her clients included General Mills, Estee Lauder, Bloomberg, General Electric, Alcoa, Amgen, Philips Electronics, ConocoPhillips, Nortel Networks and DuPont. She establishes lasting relationships with clients by gaining their trust and delivering results.
